Spray Booth Protection Multi-Layer Coating (MLC)

Coating details:

• An adhesive backed white roll measuring 80 metres long by 770 mm wide
  
• Price is only £458 and includes delivery
  
• One roll should be adequate to cover a standard 7 metre long by 4 metre wide spray booth, excluding the doors; we can advise you further on this and as there are five layers this equates to only £83 per change
• There is also an opaque roll at the same price which is recommended to cover door glasses and lights. This roll will enable many changes depending on the number and size of the door glasses and lights
  
• The biggest cost saving using this coating over other coatings such as the "Tacky" and 3m is in the labour cost for applying and replacing it and the spray booth's ‘downtime’.
• It has 5 layers that are easily removed once contaminated by simply striping each layer off in turn
  
• The sheeting layers are numbered so monitoring usage is made easier
  
• The sheeting sides interlock into each other and so taping of the joint to the adjacent sheet is not necessary
  
• The sheets are statically charged and slightly tacky to attract and capture air borne dust and overspray particles
  
• The sheeting comes in its own dispenser box, so no additional expensive applicator equipment is required
  
• The sheets are printed with a side measure gauge for accurate fitting
• With new Spray Booths this coating can be applied directly on to the wall panels and with older Spray Booth units the wall panels need to be abraded in order to provide a ‘key’ for the adhesive to adhere
